As the Principal Consultant at In Conjunction Labs, Gavin leverages extensive executive leadership experience across operations, sales and marketing, and information technology.

Gavin's journey in product and program management began with a global business process outsourcer, supporting Fortune 500 brands like American Express, Citibank, AT&T, and Ryder Truck Rental. This role provided him with invaluable insights into aligning resources to achieve measurable results and meet defined targets efficiently.

With over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, Gavin has held key positions such as Director of Sales Systems and Operations for the nation’s largest secondary pharmaceutical distributor, a division of a global pharmaceutical manufacturer. Additionally, he served as Executive Director of Marketing Strategy, overseeing go-to-market development and execution for three business lines.

In the SMB space, Gavin led the turnaround and successful relaunch of a small, unaccredited pharmaceutical distributor, securing accreditation upon its initial regulatory inspection. As VP of Information Technology, he managed product systems including CRM and UCaaS, ERP, warehouse management, and e-commerce.

Gavin's leadership is further strengthened by his certifications as a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Scaled Agile Lean Portfolio Manager and Practice Consultant.
